There's a name in Traditional Chinese Medicine for what you're going through.
It's called the Second Spring.
In Chinese medicine, menopause isn't a hormone failure or a problem to be treated. It's a passage β€” one that carries the same weight and significance as puberty did decades ago.
Your first spring was when your body opened into fertility.

My friend and colleague Jana Kadovitz, acupuncturist, and I are bringing together a small group of women for an evening all about menopause β€” the Second Spring.
We'll talk honestly about what's happening in your body from both Eastern and Western perspectives, share practical tips for symptoms you may be experiencing, move together with Qigong, and close with a guided sound bath meditation.

Congratulations my friend!
