For your first visit to our salon-
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that we may acquire information that will allow us to best serve you. Therefore, we do not offer services to children under the age of 10 nor allow them to be in the salon in order for you and our other guests to relax. All new appointments for any service or spa treatment require a credit card guarantee. Please kindly cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Regrettably, all no-shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled. Our wonderful team of stylists and technicians are professionals dedicating their time to honor your appointment. Please respect them and our cancellation policy. Gratuities are not included in the price of services. Gift Certificates available 24 hours a day, 7 days a weeks on our website. Lisa and Company thanks you for your cooperation in keeping ALL electronic devices on silent or vibrate while visiting our salon.
