Sometimes peace doesn’t come from a vacation.
Sometimes peace comes from learning how to pause, even for 30 seconds.
This ocean video has become one of my “reset moments.”
The sound of the waves.
The movement of the water.
The reminder that God never designed us to live in constant noise, pressure, and survival mode.
Healing in layers also mean that being calm can be created intentionally.
Deep breath.
Silence.
Gratitude.
Reflection.
Even 30 seconds can shift your nervous system, your thoughts, and your spirit when you allow yourself to be still.
Today, before you rush into productivity… pause.
📖 Psalm 46:10
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
iPUSH FTF reminds us to Focus, Train, and Fight for peace just as much as we fight for productivity.

Saturday was full but it was the right kind of full.
From work, to showing up for my niece, to attending a event at the R.O.C.C church and then ending the night with family at Les Misérables.
And if you know anything about that story, it’s about grace, redemption, love and how one moment, one decision, one act of compassion can change everything.
That’s what Saturday felt like.
Just being present, showing up and staying connected to the people God placed in my life.
Because family isn’t just about blood it’s about who walks with you, pours into you, and reminds you who you are.
📖 “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15
Focus. Train. Fight and never take your people for granted.

In 2026, I decided I couldn’t keep doing life the same way.
For a long time, I stayed in work mode—two jobs, long hours, just grinding. But growth doesn’t happen when you stay in the same routine and the same spaces.
So I started being intentional about getting out, meeting new people, and putting myself in rooms that bring life, creativity, and purpose.
Being at Pedesillo these past couple of months has been refreshing. I’ve met some amazing people who are pouring positivity into the Charleston community through art, connection, and just being genuine.
This season is about better connection, more alignment and more growth personally and professionally.
As I continue to grow i.P.U.S.H Wellness, I’m being more intentional about who I connect with and the environments I place myself in.
If you’re in the Charleston area and passionate about health, growth, and helping people live better—let’s connect.

Happy Good Friday
Today I’m reminded that freedom didn’t come easy,
it came through sacrifice.
As we move toward Easter Sunday, I’m sitting with that in full of gratitude, reflection, and the quiet reminder that God is always working even when it doesn’t look like it.
Healing freedom, and peace all happens in layers.
And I’m learning to embrace every part of the process.
i.P.U.S.H FTF | Focus on what grounds you. Train your spirit in truth. Fight for your peace and your freedom one layer at a time.

Today I honor two women who shaped my life.
My grandmother, whose birthday is today.
My mother, whose birthday was February 20th.
When they were here, I celebrated them together.
We went to Tyler Perry shows and laughed until our stomachs hurt. We took trips to Atlantic City because my grandmother loved to gamble. Whatever they wanted to do to celebrate their birthdays and that’s what we did.
I gave them their flowers while they were living. And now that they are in heaven, I still celebrate them together.
February and March can be tender months for me.
Grandmom. Grandpop. Mom. And next month, my dad.
Grief visits but so does gratitude.
So I honor them in the small, meaningful ways:
🎶 Gospel music on Sundays — because Grandmom loved it.
📺 A familiar TV show — because Mom enjoyed her favorites.
🍲 A meal that reminds me of home and love.
Because love doesn’t end.
It evolves.
My mom carried deep grief because she never had the chance to apologize to her mother before she passed. Their last interaction held tension and she never forgave herself.
Watching that taught me something I could not ignore:
Unspoken words become heavy.
Unresolved hurt becomes generational. And pride can steal the peace we still have time to choose.
A few years before my mom passed but after she got really sick the first time, we had a long, honest conversation about my childhood and the things I carried. She didn’t agree with everything. She couldn’t see it the way I did.
But healing didn’t require agreement.
It required release.
I needed to speak my truth.
I needed to let it go.
I needed to be free.
Today I choose to live without regret.
I choose forgiveness over pride.
I choose peace over holding on.
I miss them. I love them.
And I trust that in heaven, love finished the conversations that earth left unfinished.
If there is someone you need to forgive:
someone you need to call…
something you need to release.
Please don’t wait.
Ephesians 4:31–32
Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger… Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Love while you can.
Forgive while you can.
Speak while you can.
Because peace is

Yesterday I had the honor of leading a Lunch & Learn for 20 incredible educators and what a powerful time it was.
We talked about real-life wellness, practical nutrition, healthly cooking tips, and simple habits that support energy, focus, and long-term health.
Because when teachers are well, they lead well.
When they are nourished, they can pour into the next generation from a place of strength.
Matthew 5:16 reminds us:
“Let your light shine before others…”
Yesterday was about sharing light, knowledge, and tools that make daily life healthier and more sustainable.
This is the heart of iPush FTF:
✔ Focus on what fuels your body and mind
✔ Train habits that support daily wellness
✔ Fight for your health so you can serve others well
Grateful for the opportunity to serve those who serve our children every single day.
Wellness is not a luxury, it is the foundation.

Stay Hydrated, Stay Thriving! 💧✨
Water is the foundation of good health. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to function properly. Proper hydration supports digestion, circulation, and even brain function. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, and sluggish metabolism. So let’s make drinking water a daily priority! 💦
One of the best ways to increase your water intake is to pair it with nutrient-rich meals. Hydrating foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and leafy greens not only provide water but also essential vitamins and minerals to keep you feeling refreshed and energized.
Theme Scripture:
"But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life." – John 4:14 (NIV)
Just like physical hydration is essential for our bodies, spiritual hydration is vital for our souls. When we nourish ourselves with the living water of Christ, we are sustained beyond the physical—refreshed, renewed, and overflowing with life.
Healthy Cooking System Tip: Cooking at high temperatures can cause foods to lose their natural water content, making meals dry and less nutrient-dense. With the Healthy Cooking System, you can prepare meals at lower temperatures, helping retain moisture and nutrients. This means juicier, more flavorful meals while keeping your body hydrated from the inside out!
How do you stay on top of your hydration? Do you have a go-to infused water recipe or a hydration habit that helps? Share in the comments below! 💙💦

I am deeply grateful to Living Well Ministry for the opportunity to share and fellowship with their community yesterday. It was such a blessing to cook and share not only a meal but also the benefits of what we were eating—nourishing our bodies while discussing how we can take better care of our health.
Through i.P.U.S.H Wellness, I was able to educate, inspire, and empower others on the importance of making healthier choices. We focused on the impact of heart disease and kidney disease, two major health concerns within the African American community, and how small, intentional changes can lead to better health outcomes.
Why This Matters:
Heart Disease is the leading cause of death among African Americans in South Carolina, with 3,223 lives lost in 2021. Nearly 40% of African American adults in the state have high blood pressure, a major risk factor.
African Americans are 3.4 times more likely to develop kidney failure than whites, and the mortality rate from kidney disease is twice as high for African Americans in South Carolina.
These numbers show why we must be proactive, informed, and intentional about our health. I would love to continue bringing these conversations, cooking demonstrations, and health education to other ministries and community organizations. If you're interested in hosting a session, let's connect!
A special thank you to my Pastor Brooke for coming out and supporting me, my sister Tina Reed for being there with me, and to Daniel and Diana from Habits for Health for their incredible help and for being a part of my support system. Your presence and support truly mean the world to me!
Together, we can Focus, Train, and Fight for better health, stronger bodies, and longer lives.
