Thank you for your continued support of Total Beauty By Whitney. I want to take a moment to share something from the heart, not just as a business owner, but as a real person behind the brand.

Total Beauty is solely operated by me there’s no middleman, no team just me, Whitney. Along with running my business, I’m also a full-time mom, I work a 9–5, and I’m a licensed braider with clients while running a business alone. Every product you receive is made with care, by hand, from start to finish.

While I always strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner, please understand that I am not a machine. Some things are out of my control, and rushing the process affects the quality of the work I take so much pride in. Custom orders especially wholesale requests of 100+ glosses take time. Every gloss is handcrafted, every label is individually applied, and I work hard to maintain the standard that Total Beauty is known for.

If you’re unable to allow adequate time for your order to be completed with the attention it deserves, I kindly ask that you reconsider placing a custom wholesale order. In the future, I hope to invest in tools and equipment that will allow for faster production, but for now, I appreciate your patience more than you know.

I am beyond excited to officially introduce Total Beauty University (TBU)—a nonprofit mentorship program designed to empower young girls through beauty, business, and sisterhood! 💕✨

At TBU, we focus on:
💄 Entrepreneurship: Teaching young girls how to start and run their own lip gloss businesses
📚 Education & Personal Growth: Encouraging them to stay focused on school, set goals, and develop leadership skills
🌎 Community & Sisterhood: Providing a positive support system while giving back through volunteer work and empowerment events
✈️ Trips & Experiences: Exposing our members to new places and opportunities beyond their everyday environments

TBU is divided into three sisterhood groups:
👑 Total Elite (Ages 10-12): Our young, elite members learning confidence and business basics
🌟 Total Icons (Ages 13-15): Role models guiding younger members while growing as leaders
💼 Total Beauties (Ages 16-17): Senior members in leadership roles, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
