Dear Fine-Haired Blonde Loc Queen,

Your hair is not weak because it’s fine.

Your locs are not unhealthy because they’re not thick.

And your roots growing in doesn’t mean it’s time to bleach them immediately.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do for your locs is…

✨ Wait.
✨ Moisturize.
✨ Protect.
✨ Leave them alone.

Healthy colored locs are built through patience, not pressure.

👑💛✨

Your locs are not supposed to look freshly retwisted 24/7.

Locs are gonna frizz.
Locs are gonna swell.
Locs are gonna mature.

That doesn’t mean they’re messy.
That doesn’t mean they’re unhealthy.

Sometimes the biggest threat to healthy locs isn’t neglect, it’s overdoing it.

Too much retwisting.
Too much tension.
Too much manipulation.

Healthy locs need room to LIVE.

Stop fighting every stage of the journey and let your locs do what they were designed to do. 👑✨

Healthy locs > Perfect locs. Every. Single. Time.
