I haven't really in forced my cancelation policy. I have been having a lot of cancelations and I understand 100% thing's happen. But starting next week I will be charging cancelation fees if im not given 24 hour notice. Its not personal just business. I thank all my clients for coming to me and trusting me over the years.. I think of all my clients like family and friends.. I hope everyone understands.. TY
