Tips from your fav esthi

1. Wear your sunscreen. The sun increases the rate of aging and can cause skin cancer.
2. What happens on the inside of our bodies shows on the OUTSIDE of our body. Dehydration and our eating habits surprisingly enough affects our skin.
3. There’s no such thing as perfect skin. Everyone is different and that’s what makes us all beautiful. Your skin doesn’t define who you are.
4. Your skin is an investment. As the largest organ we have to take care of it. Not just our faces but our entire body. Good skin care and consistency is KEY.
5. Can’t stress double cleansing enough. It’s like sweeping before you mop. You want to get the extra debris before you can actually clean.
6. Vitamin C and Sunscreen are bffs, which means you’re bffs with them too. Vitamin C helps amplify sunscreens effectiveness. Which means hand shake emoji.
