We couldn’t be more grateful for the talented team that brings so much care to their craft and to our clients.

She keeps the ideas coming, the salon moving, the team laughing, and somehow keeps track of approximately 937 things at once.

Today, however, there is only ONE thing on the schedule: celebrating her!

Apparently one Niki wasn’t enough for Hairadise & Co.!

We’re excited to officially introduce Niki Johnson, our newest extern from Madison College. She’ll be spending the next 12 weeks with us completing her cosmetology program, gaining hands-on experience and learning alongside our team—with plans to continue her journey with Hairadise & Co. after graduation. 🖤

So, if you hear someone yell “Niki!” in the salon and two people answer… well, this is our life now. 😂 We’ll figure it out.

Creativity is what originally drew Niki to cosmetology. She’s always loved art and expressing herself creatively, and hair gave her a way to combine that artistic side with a career she could really see herself loving.

She’s especially excited to grow her skills in blonding, highlights and cutting, with a particular interest in razor cutting, blending and texturizing. Eventually, she’d love to specialize in curly and textured hair.

More importantly, Niki wants the people in her chair to feel safe, comfortable and completely free to express themselves. She describes herself as chill, a good listener and someone with a good sense of humor—so we have a feeling she’s going to fit in around here just fine. 😉

When she’s not at school or the salon, Niki loves spending time with friends and family, going on motorcycle rides, hiking, enjoying nature and hanging out with her cats. And something you probably wouldn't guess just by meeting her? She grew up on a farm!

Her salon fuel of choice? ☕ A macchiato.

What she’s most looking forward to at Hairadise is seeing what the future holds, getting to know everyone and becoming part of the community we've built here.

We’re pretty excited to see what the future holds for her, too. ❤️
