Good evening!

I recently added my business line to my person cell phone while keeping my business cell number. It was brought to my attention today that I may not be receiving some texts, so if you text me and I don’t respond within a few hours or by the end of the day, please call me, send me a direct Facebook message or email. I am trying to pinpoint why I am not receiving some messages.

Hello to my salon family!
I just wanted to let everyone know I will be out of the salon from July 3rd-11th and I’ll be returning the 12th.
I only have a few haircut appointment spots available for this week, so let me know if you want to get in before I leave. Also, the week I come back is almost booked up as well, so let me know before I leave for vacation if you would like to get in between the 12th and the 17th!

My heart is so full today, my first 5 days back at work have been overwhelmingly amazing! There are no words to describe how wonderful it feels to see everyone I have missed so much while I was closed during the safe at home order. I really have the most thoughtful, considerate, and amazing client family! It was so nice to talk to everyone and know that everyone has stayed healthy and safe during this. I am truly blessed and sincerely so grateful for all of you and everything everyone has done for me. I cant wait to see everyone else in the upcoming weeks!

Starting Tuesday may 26th, I will be open!
I am extremely excited to get back to my passion and seeing every one I so dearly miss.

My first few weeks I have devoted to getting my clients in who had booked appointments that were canceled due to my closing. My hours and days of operation are slightly extended due to being closed for so long. Every day will be slightly different based on the type of appointments I take.

I truly cant wait to see every one, but I want to ask everyone in advance to be patient with me. Due to the extensive requirements and recommendations I have, to keep my clients and myself safe, my scheduling process will be a little different for the time being. It will take a little bit longer for me to get everyone in.

I am no longer taking last minute appointments, for the time being. Appointments will be booked for a longer time, along with more time in between appointments, to allow myself to make sure we are safe and my salon is completely sanitized before every new client. Extra precautions are being taken more than normal.

A few things to know about your future appointment with me:
Masks are required in our building, a sign is posted on the front door as you enter.
Sanitized and washed hands are required as you enter the building
Our lobby will be closed
When you come for your appointment please call, text or message me to tell me you have arrived and I will respond to you when I am ready for you.
Do not arrive too early as I am taking extra time in between clients.
Only bring what is neccessary with you, ie keys, phone, form of payment (I am offering a form of touchless credit card payments), and your own beverage, if needed.
Clients with children please message me if I haven't already discussed the protocol regarding coming with your children into my suite.
In my suite I will be posting some extra protocols I am taking based on specific types of appointments also, ie what will be expected during shampooing and blow drying.

Also, if you have any extra concerns regarding my sanitation and what I have planned to keep you safe PLEASE feel free to inquire.

Yesterday was my 3 year anniversary of being open, its bitter sweet though, wishing I could be back to work and doing what I love! Missing all my client family and hoping everyone is well, happy, and healthy. All my love to everyone ❤❤❤😍😍 I will post when I know I can reopen and start taking appointments again.

The sound of the water turning on. The sound of conversation.
“I’m just going to mix your toner, are you comfortable there?”
“How’s the water temperature?”
“Oh my gosh I can’t WAIT to see this when it’s dry!”

The clanking of color bowls in the sink.
Putting on gloves, taking them off.
Squeezing out the water from your hair.
Hearing, “oh can you come over and wash my hair every day?”
Or, “what shampoo is that?”

I am majorly missing all these sounds. I’m missing washing your hair. I’m missing perfecting each strand for you at your appointment.

I miss you!

I have been prolonging this post because it weighs heavy on my heart, but as of today I am temporarily suspending services. I am praying and hoping this won't last long and I can resume business on April 6th. It is in the best interest for my personal family and my client family to do this. I am sorry and I am tearing up just writing it. I want all the wonderful people in my life to stay healthy. Thank you to everyone who supports my salon and myself, I am ever so grateful for each and every one of you! If I haven't contacted you regarding your appointment scheduled in the next 2 weeks, please feel free to text, email or fb message me. I am currently trying to connect with everyone. Love you all, stay healthy and happy during these hard times
