We sold Chick-fil-A and Little Caesars at the Token Creek Parade on the 4th of July and had a pretty good time doing it!
We are looking forward to revamping our scholarship program to reach even more of the community.

Somebody was flying a drone at the Token Creek Parade. It hovered over me, I didn’t know what it was. I have a huge startle reflex. I imagine the owner of that footage has been cracking up at my expense ever since😂😂

A little camper yoga….followed by a makeshift cold soak in a kiddie pool- proof to follow.

Please don’t sit and struggle this week. You can come to Twisted Grit and take deep breaths, you can loose your sh*t, you can be a wallflower, you can leave halfway through, you can get a Reiki session or sit in the individual sauna HOCATT. If you don’t have the time, then TGY is actually what you need. Can’t afford it? Message me for options.
Tuesday 4 pm Slow Flow (80 degrees)
Wednesday 9 am Slow Flow (90 degrees)
Wednesday 6 pm Power -45 minutes (90 degrees)
Thursday 8 am HOT (100 degrees)
In my mom mind I want to do this when my son teaches a yoga class at Twisted Grit. However, I sit on my mat and try and act like a respectable adult 🤪
He teaches Sundays at 9 am. It’s a 45 minutes class and great for anyone who wants to try yoga!! Reach out if you want help paying, signing up, etc 💕🙏
