Once upon a time there lived a girl that had been collecting especially limited edition items. She slowly built quite a large and amazing collection over the span of about 4 years. About a year and a half ago this girl moved from the apartment she’d been living in for a few years due to the rent being raised an insane amount and getting out of an abusive relationship. Overall the move went as well any move does, and the movers hired did a great and efficient job. Since the locks were changed only herself and people that worked for the apartment community had access. The girl was exhausted and moved her clear bins of fragile makeup in her car on her own. The next day she realized the bin of her MAC limited edition collection was not in her car in the garage nor in her new place. Of course she assumed she had left it locked at the old place however upon going back it was nowhere to be found. She was devastated, but struggled with expressing it as at the end of the day it’s material things. Unfortunately renters insurance does not cover this type of thing and she had many items that aren’t easily replaceable or are now extremely more expensive than retail due to being rare.
She did the only thing she saw as the only option. To start over. If you haven’t figured it out, I am the girl lol 😝
This is my new collection as of today. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. I wanted to get my new collection in a pic today and post this (I have a video I made that I’ll be posting next that shows each item a little more) to show you guys that building a collection of any type takes a lot of time, patience and unfortunately at times money. We all start somewhere 💋
