I personally struggle with eczema, and winter always seems to bring on more flare-ups! 🤎

Two of my favorite balms to reach for during the colder months are Rooted Balm and the original Honeyhive (not Bare Honeyhive)!

Both are made with tallow and shea butter, which help lock in moisture and protect my skin from drying out. That extra layer of rich moisture is exactly what my skin needs this time of year!

A few other things I personally do to help my skin during the winter:

🤎 Keep a humidifier running to add moisture to the air.

🤎 Make an extra effort to stay hydrated.

🤎 Moisturize within 3 minutes of getting out of the shower to help lock in that moisture!

And one more tip is to avoid super hot showers if you can. They can really dry out your skin, but I'll admit that's my biggest weakness! 😂
