Warmer days mean more sunshine, sweat, and time outdoors - which also means your skin needs a little extra love and care!

✨ Summer Skincare Tips:
• Double cleanse in the evenings starting with an oil cleanser and then using a gentle or water based cleanser.
• Reduce use of harsh AHA’s (glycolic/lactic acids) and potent retinols. Swap to a gentler BHA (salicylic) to help keep your pores cleans.
• Layer with antioxidants and SPF
•Sooth and hydrate your skin to prevent a compromised barrier or water loss.
•Switch to a lightweight moisturizer
• Always wear your SPF and reapply every two hours if outside or sweating.
