We’ve been busy with private events, classes, studio life… and just life in general. Thank you for being patient with us.

Traditionally, our Soundbaths have been on Wednesday evenings, but we’re thinking about switching things up and moving them to Sunday evenings.

This week at Flow

We’ve got a full week of movement, private sessions, coworking, beach yoga, special events, and a couple of bachelorette celebrations mixed in.

Come move with us, slow down with us, get some work done, or just make a little space for yourself this week.

And this weekend, we’re taking Flow on the road for the MS Bike Ride + Wellness Event.

See you at the studio, on the beach, or somewhere in between.

Move + Recover is for the days your body feels tight, your energy feels scattered, or you simply need an hour to get back into yourself. Expect mobility, intentional stretching, recovery work, access to self-care stations, and space to slow down without completely stopping.

No need to be super flexible. No need to “perform.” Just show up and move in the way your body needs today.
