!!! UPDATED NO SHOW POLICY !!!

As of today, June 27th 2023, the No Show Policy will be updated to meet new requirements.

1. A No Show Fee will need to be paid in full within 24 hours of the No Show or ALL other appointments will be canceled.
2. If a No Show is continual, I will reserve the right to refuse service..
Meaning, in no showing your appointment, you are taking a spot away from a client that wants it, so with that, I will evaluate if that spot is better suited for someone else.

*In the event a client does not have any future appointments, the current policy of this fee needing to be made before any further appointments are set, will still stand.

Please be advised of added policy for new clients:

A $25 deposit will need to be made within 24 hours of appointment booking. If this deposit is not met your appointment will not be finalized and that appointment spot will be forfeited.
(This deposit will be applied to your booked appointment total.)

I have been lenient with the Gossip & Glam No Show Policy and trusting clients to be mature and responsible. Unfortunately, the irresponsibility of a few bad seeds has now lead me to have to enforce a policy that so many of my amazing clients do on their own...
And for that I am sorry to those clients.

I truly have the most amazing clients, as some may have seen in recent posts about Gossip & Glam. Stepping up and defending, not only me, but the G&G policy when I was not able to, honestly means a lot to me and I appreciate it and you all!
Thank you for supporting Gossip & Glam ladies! I love you!

Again, I am sorry if these changes make it harder for us and our transactions, but I feel like it is whats best for G&G, and myself.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🥳🎊🎉🥳

I want to thank all of you for your support this year! Not only with the salon, but for your friendship as well. There were a few downs this year and knowing I had such great clients, helped to make those downs better! 🥹
You truly are the heart of Gossip & Glam and without you it would not be what it is, or been able to grow how it has! To say I appreciate you would be an understatement! 😊
I also want to remind everyone that starting the new year there will be the price increase for services.. I know I've been talking about this since October and now have the actual price list up in the salon!

I want to wish everyone a safe New Year's Eve and a New Year full of happiness and love! 🥰🧡
