A while back My client was considering embracing her natural colored hair and trying to go silver/blonde.

So the last few appts instead of coloring her roots and doing a highlight/ lowlight like we usually do we decided to switch it up n see how she liked it!
I started doing a heavy head of baby lights then toning what ever we lifted to a platinum silver smoke.

Not to toot my own horn but “ Toot Toot” I think we matched her highlights to her natural regrowth pretty friggen good!! 🙌🏼

Well folks as crazy as it seems Christmas will be here before we know it! 😅

Last year I posted on a few town pages looking for anyone willing to donate gift cards from local businesses to help me gift a few single moms from town who were going threw a hard time or could just use a kind gesture during the holiday season.

Regardless if anyone else donated My Original goal was to try an make at least 3 baskets myself that were full of gift cards to local restaurants, stores, salons, etc… I was blown away by the amount of people who actually reached out to me to donate. Because of all you amazing caring people in town I was able to make 7 baskets each with about $500 worth gift cards along with other holiday treats and self love items for each one of the moms.

Almost Every mom I surprised with a basket Were in complete shock! Most of them broke down in tears, were speechless and they couldn’t believe what I gave them. They all felt so loved and grateful and it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done during the holidays. My daughter and I always donate gifts and do things for others less fortunate but this one specifically touched close to home considering I’m a single mom myself and it was everything I’d hoped it would be for them. ♥️

Anyways, I am writing this because last year was such a huge success and I would love to be able to do it again! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

This year I don’t want to just focus on only single moms though, there are single dads out there too and to be honest you don’t need to be a single parent to hit hard times and could use some type of kind gesture from the local community Especially during the holiday season.

So I’m putting this out there again in hopes that any local businesses would be willing to donate some gift certificates or any local Residence would be willing to donate money or donate gift certificates you buy yourself.
