Exciting news! PLEASE READ the entire post 🖤
I will be back in the salon with a limited schedule starting Friday May 1st.
In order to come back, there are some very specific guidelines and procedures that the salon and my coworkers need to follow so we can all stay safe! I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Here are some things to expect if you have an appointment coming up or if you would like to schedule an appointment:
First and foremost- if you have a cough, fever or any other symptom, if you have been in contact with anyone with COVID19, please reschedule your appointment 14 days from your original date.

1. Please be prepared to have your temperature checked with an infrared thermometer upon arrival. Each stylist will also be required to do this as a safety measure before beginning a shift.

2. I have a limited schedule and we will have a limited staff to ensure we are following social distancing guidelines. One client per stylist only. There will not be any double booking, and we ask that only you (the client receiving the service) comes to the appointment. Please give us some grace in getting an appointment. I would love to see you all as soon as possible but we’ve got to do this the right way.

3. I cannot blow dry your hair. In order to protect ourselves and our guests as much as possible, blowdries will not be offered. Please please come to your appointment with CLEAN, DRY HAIR. If you are receiving color, I will dry a small section to ensure color satisfaction but please be prepared to leave with wet hair.

4. We are also trying to schedule services so that there is a small gap in between each guest to avoid any overlapping appointments. With that being said, if you book online or in the Salon Disegno app please make sure you are booking for the correct services (if you are not sure, feel free to message me and I can help you with that)

5. Please note that we will be REQUIRING each guest to wear a face mask for the ENTIRE appointment. If you do not have a mask when you arrive, I can not provide any services for you! 😩

6. Please do not arrive too early to your appointment. We are trying to reduce the number of people in the building and cannot have an abundance of people waiting in the waiting area before their appointment.

7. We WILL NOT be accepting cash transactions. Credit/debit card only! Our system also has Apple Pay, so you can do that as well. As far as tips are concerned, we would prefer cashless options. You can still leave a tip on a credit card per usual but services such as Venmo, cash app, PayPal, and Zelle are great options too!

8. If you would like to book an appointment, the easiest way to do so is to visit salondisegno.com or to download our app and book online, you can see what availability I do have and go from there. You can still call the salon at 678.288.9046
