Lavender Cove Salon

Kid Policy

We understand that bringing your children with you for your service may be convenient or necessary, but at Lavender Cove Salon we feel it poses a safety issue. We don't want any child to get hurt around the chemicals we use, hot tools, shears or playing on the salon chairs. We want everyone to enjoy there experience while they are there getting pampered and relaxing. Refund Policy

Attention Clients. We want you to love your hair. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services you received from your stylist, we would love the chance to make it right. Please call and schedule any adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Any attempts to make these adjustments either at home or at another salon void the redo policy. Calls made after 7 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but may not qualify for an adjustment and will therefore be charged as a new service. This will be discussed in the consultation. Thank you!!
