Client Policies & Agreement

Thank you for choosing Opal Glow Beauty Co.! My goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing, professional, and personalized experience. Please take a moment to review the policies below before booking.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

✨ BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are available by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Please provide accurate contact information when booking so that I can reach you regarding your appointment if necessary.

Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. Some services require consultation, preparation, or aftercare time, so arriving late may affect the amount of time available for your service.

✨ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

I understand that things happen and plans sometimes change. I simply ask that you respect my time and the time of other clients.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable booking fee or payment in full before future appointments can be scheduled.

✨ NO-SHOW POLICY

A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your appointment without contacting Opal Glow Beauty Co.

No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients who repeatedly no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may no longer be eligible to book.

✨ LATE ARRIVALS

Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period may be provided depending on the service and schedule.

If arriving late would prevent the service from being completed safely and properly within the remaining appointment time, the appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled.

The full service price may still apply when an appointment must be cancelled due to a client’s excessive lateness.

Please do not rush to your appointment. Your safety and the quality of your service come first.

✨ BOOKING FEES / DEPOSITS

Certain appointments, promotions, or new-client services may require a booking fee or deposit.

Unless otherwise stated, booking fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward the scheduled service when the appointment is completed.

Booking fees may be forfeited when an appointment is cancelled outside of the cancellation policy or when a client does not show.

Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Gift cards, promotional credits, and discounts have no cash value unless required by applicable law.

Because beauty services are customized and performed specifically for each client, completed services are generally non-refundable.

✨ SERVICE SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction matters to me!

If you have a concern with your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment.

For applicable services, a complimentary adjustment may be offered when the concern is related to the original service and the client has followed the recommended aftercare.

Adjustments are not intended to cover normal growth, shedding, fading, changes caused by aftercare, or dissatisfaction with a result that was previously discussed and approved during consultation.

✨ LASH EXTENSIONS

For lash extension appointments:

* Please arrive with clean lashes and minimal or no eye makeup.
* Excessive makeup, oils, creams, or residue may interfere with proper application and retention.
* Lash fills are intended for existing Opal Glow Beauty Co. lash sets unless otherwise approved.
* Foreign fills may require an additional removal and/or full set depending on the condition and compatibility of the existing extensions.
* Clients must disclose any previous reactions or sensitivities to lash extension adhesive or related products.
* Lash extensions should never be picked, pulled, or removed at home.
* Retention varies between clients and may be affected by natural lash growth, skincare products, hormones, lifestyle, environment, aftercare, and other factors.
* A fill may not be appropriate when too much of the previous set has shed.

Opal Glow Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse or modify a lash service when the condition of the natural lashes makes the requested service unsafe or inappropriate.

✨ LASH LIFT & BROW LAMINATION

Lash lift and brow lamination results vary based on natural hair texture, density, growth cycle, previous chemical services, and aftercare.

Please disclose any previous lash lift, brow lamination, tint, or other chemical service during your consultation.

Clients should follow all recommended aftercare instructions.

If the hair or skin appears compromised, irritated, or otherwise unsuitable for the service, the appointment may be modified or postponed.

Please disclose any medications, skincare products, recent treatments, or conditions that may affect your skin before receiving a waxing service.

Certain products and treatments may increase skin sensitivity and the risk of lifting, irritation, bruising, or other reactions.

Opal Glow Beauty Co. may decline or modify a waxing service when waxing appears unsafe or inappropriate for the condition of the skin.

Please follow all pre- and post-waxing care instructions provided.

The safety of clients and the service provider comes first.

Opal Glow Beauty Co. may close or reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, illness, emergencies, power outages, or other circumstances outside of reasonable control.

When possible, affected clients will be contacted as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled by Opal Glow Beauty Co. due to an emergency will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

* A client is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful.
* A service requested falls outside the provider’s professional scope or training.
