It’s getting chilly out…stiffness is soon to follow…and sometimes more pain.
A rule of thumb for body pain is if it’s in the morning it’s connective tissue or fascia; if it’s painful in the evening it’s from use or muscular. Things get more complex than this obviously. However, as the temperature goes down our connective tissue contracts more and less flexibility follows. This leaves less space for the nerves which raises the likelihood of a pain signal being sent.
Bodywork therapy improves flexible, balances muscles across joints, and thereby decreases pain.

Take an opening when you can get one. Patterns of chronic pain and and symptoms of immobility sometimes give us a break. These are the times to enjoy…and take steps to prolong them. Bodywork Therapy can be a vital part of making progress.
