Muscular Therapist Briana Simas customizes treatment for each client to optimize muscular health and wellness. Not accepting new clients.

To My Valued Clients,

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your continued loyalty and trust over the years. Your support truly means the world to me.

I am writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to session pricing, effective December 1, 2025. The decision to add $10 to a session has been made only after much thought and careful consideration.

Over the past several years, the muscular therapy field has experienced rising costs across many areas—from supplies to the essential services that ensure each session meets the highest standards of care. Despite holding my rates steady for the past five years, it has become necessary to update my pricing structure to continue delivering the level of quality and personalized attention you deserve.

As a therapist with over 18 years of experience, I take great pride in the relationships I’ve built and the work I do. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. My dedication to providing exceptional, individualized muscular therapy remains steadfast.

I understand that any change in pricing requires adjustment, and I have taken care to ensure that my new rates remain fair and in line with comparable services in our area. Should you have any questions, I am more than happy to discuss them with you.

As always, I will continue to incorporate at no extra cost the application of any topical muscle support, use of hydrotherapy, hot stones and towels during the session. In addition, I will be implementing the availability of individual servings of cold or room tempered spring water at the end of your session upon request for post-treatment hydration.

Thank you again for your understanding, loyalty, and support. I truly look forward to continuing to provide you with the same level of care, professionalism, and commitment in every session.

Warmest regards,

We welcome to our pack Greyson Emery Simas. He arrived two weeks earlier than planned (and in 2020!) but that just gave us more time to love him. 🤱💕

To all my dear clients: I guess it's time to finally announce our addition(s) to our family! First our new pup Jasper and also a little Cub in the den (both planned I may add lol). I'm 15 weeks along and it's been a very rough 1st trimester but thankfully baby is healthy and we can't wait to meet the Cub mid January.

My office is still closed as Covid is such an unprecedented risk for a high contact treatment as Muscular Therapy. I know everyone is anxiously awaiting my return to work (including myself!) and I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we Therapists navigate the risks versus rewards during this pandemic. I will return when it is safe for all involved and will contact you all so you can schedule your appointments. Till then, please stay safe and healthy. And continue to do your part in slowing the spread of this virus. Sending positive thoughts to all! Thank you!

Hi All!

Just wanted to update everyone asking:

Office is still closed per state law.

Sadly the protocols for close contact reopening are not realistic within a massage therapist's parameter.
Here's only two examples:
Gloves that are required to be worn dissolve in lotion or oil and do not cover elbows (for the deep tissue clients) and defeats the purpose of usage for protection.
Also, being contained in a room for an extended period of time without windows and circulating ventilation increases risk of virus spreading.

As much as I know many of you need a massage desperately (myself included!), my concern for your safety as individuals and your families (as well as my own) are top priority! I have discussed these issues over with several of my colleagues and many of us are feeling the same pressure and concern. We all are in uncharted waters for the first time in our careers. We want the best for everyone involved.

Hoping this message finds you all well and safe otherwise. I am continuing to do my due diligence on researching a suitable way to practice that is safe for all involved. Please continue to practice your at-home care and I will reach out once the status has changed.

Much Love, 💗
Briana Simas, LMT

To all valued clients:

In accordance with recommendations from the CDC and the American Massage Therapy Association, I am making the difficult decision to close my practice temporarily until further direction is given. I know in this stressful time we are all in need of a massage! However, we all need to do our part in riddening the spread of this virus as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support. And I look forward to reopening soon. Stay safe and healthy!
