In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re recognizing the women who lead, create, and grow inside The HairSpa Commercial & Salon Suites.

9 of our 10 spaces are independently owned and operated by women — and within The HairSpa itself, five additional women run their own booth rental businesses.

That’s a building filled with women building something of their own.

Different talents. Different paths. Shared walls. Shared support.

We’re grateful to be surrounded by women who show up for their clients and for each other. 💛

🎨 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT 🎨

We’re featuring the poured resin work of Lesley TanCreti— coasters, decorative bowls, magnets, and window hangings that play with color, light, and movement.

Lesley has been a long-time client and friend of the salon, and her art has been displayed here for over two years. Her pieces catch your eye in quiet ways, adding texture and moments of pause throughout the space.

We love sharing art that grows alongside us and feels truly part of the salon.

We’re excited to highlight my sister, Mindy Fisher, whose artwork is displayed throughout our space.

A client recently fell in love with one of her pieces and purchased it right here in the salon (canvas pictured below) — a reminder that art has a way of finding the right home.

Her bright, fun artwork fills the salon with things to notice and enjoy, making time here feel relaxed and inspiring.

Meet Terry Graham — one of those people who just fits in the salon.

He’s consistent, thoughtful, and truly cares about his clients, which is why we love having him as part of our space. His chair is calm, welcoming, and always about doing right by the person sitting in it.

His books are growing, and he’s always open to welcoming new faces! He is especially great and passionate for those fun fashion colors. (His awesome work below) He also is highly skilled with all the colors and cuts you may be looking for!

We’re proud to highlight Maddie Bonneville, a young, motivated lash extension artist and nail tech who is driven, focused, and building her business with intention and momentum.

Maddie brings fresh energy, strong work ethic, and real passion into her work, and she’s actively growing her clientele while delivering beautiful results. Watching her hustle, learn, and level up has been inspiring — and this is only the beginning.

Supporting small businesses also means supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs, and Maddie is a great example of that 💛
