Just a quick reminder to everyone about my new cancellation policy, if you have to cancel your appointment last minute I will now be charging 50% of the price of the service you were going to have done. 24 hour notice for cancellations moving forward will be required to not be charged this fee. I feel this is necessary to help ensure the integrity of my schedule. I try to be as accommodating as possible and when someone cancels last minute, it makes it extremely difficult to try to reschedule another client to that timeframe. I am very understanding about major life events but I also feel mutual respect is important in this situation. I just wanted to let everyone know in case you hadn’t seen my cancellation policy on my new website yet. Thank you all for understanding and for your continued support. 🩷
