Due to clients not showing up to their scheduled appointments at Swords Creek Cut & Style. All the staff will be upholding a NO-SHOW policy. This will include in all Color, Cuts, and Nail appointments. As people who don’t get paid hourly, we rely on clients showing up and us providing a service they love! If you don’t show that costs us money and we could’ve put a client that comes consistently in the time slot.

If you make an appointment and do not message or call to cancel, you will have to pay the full amount of the service you are wanting in order to be put back onto our schedule.

We understand that there are several different reasons of not showing up and we are very reasonable people. However, this is mainly towards individuals that no-show most of the time. Thank you all for being clients of ours!!!
