Massage is a necessity and a subset of Bodywork. While massage focuses on the manipulation of soft tissues for relaxation and stress relief.
Bodywork encompasses a wider range of techniques and modalities aimed promoting overall well-being! I will always incorporate hot towels, hot stones and essential oils at no additional cost. I believe every massage experience deserves these “extra” touches!
