Hi all,

As a general PSA to our customers, we wanted to remind everyone that we only accept our authorized gift cards which can be purchased in-store or over the phone☺️. We can not guarantee payment from unauthorized sources such as those featured in the attached screenshots. For your safety do not purchase gift cards to our salon from any other sources. Also, for your reference, we've attached a sample photo of what our approved gift cards look like!

Additionally, our business does not currently accept online reservations. Appointments can be made by calling our spa during working hours of 9am-7pm Mon-Fri, or 9am-5pm Saturday. Thanks again!

Wow! We are so incredibly honored to have been awarded the best nail salon by DeKalb County! Although this year has been tough on everyone, we are so grateful to have received support from our amazing community and customers.

Hello Everyone!

With Illinois moving into Phase 4, Cloud 9 has decided to begin accepting Walk-Ins! Per usual, we encourage our clients to make an appointment to ensure their service; however, we're happy to provide service to Walk-In clients given that we have available staff. Our salon will still require masks to be worn at all times. We will also continue to take the necessary precautions to enact social distancing. The new Covid-19 Procedure is outlined below!
