These critters are terrible in our area this time of year! I've listed below my favorite essential oils to keep them away!

There are several essential oils that are known to repel stink bugs, including:

1. Peppermint oil: Stink bugs are highly sensitive to the strong scent of peppermint oil, making it an effective natural repellent. Mix a few drops of peppermint oil with water in a spray bottle and spray it around windows, doors, and other areas where stink bugs may enter your home.

2. Citronella oil: This essential oil has a strong citrus scent that stink bugs find unpleasant. You can use it in the same way as peppermint oil, by diluting it with water and spraying it around your home.

3. Eucalyptus oil: Stink bugs are also repelled by the strong scent of eucalyptus oil. Mix a few drops of eucalyptus oil with water and spray it around your home to keep stink bugs away.

4. Tea tree oil: This essential oil has a strong, pungent scent that stink bugs find unpleasant. Dilute a few drops of tea tree oil with water and spray it around your home to repel stink bugs.

5. Cedarwood oil: Stink bugs are also repelled by the strong scent of cedarwood oil. You can use it in the same way as the other essential oils, by diluting it with water and spraying it around your home.

Note: When using essential oils, it is important to dilute them with water as they can be too strong if used undiluted. Also, be sure to test a small patch of skin before using them, as some people may have sensitivities or allergies to certain oils.

Air purifiers💨 can be especially beneficial during allergy season, as they can remove allergens such as pollen, dust, and mold from the air.

In addition to adding a touch of green to a room, this plant helps to remove formaldehyde, xylene, and toluene from the air.

Dracaena (Dracaena fragrans)

This plant is effective at removing formaldehyde, benzene, trichloroethylene, and xylene from the air. However, it can be toxic to pets if ingested.

A cold plunge pool is a small pool filled with very cold water, typically around 50 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The cold water in the plunge pool is believed to have a variety of health benefits, such as reducing inflammation and improving immune function. Some athletes also use cold plunge pools as part of their training to aid in muscle recovery and reduce soreness.

Classic chicken salad with dried cranberries🍽

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, pickles, apple, and pecans.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken mixture and mix until well combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
5. Serve on bread, crackers, or lettuce leaves for a classic chicken salad sandwich or wrap. Enjoy!
