Booking & Cancellation Policy

Relax • Renew • Glow

Welcome to Golden Glow Beauty & Wellness! We are excited to be part of your self-care journey. To ensure every client receives the time, attention, and relaxing experience they deserve, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Appointment Booking

All services are by appointment only. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.

No deposit is required at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged for your completed service or applicable cancellation and no-show fees, as outlined below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and schedules change! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

* 24 hours or more: No cancellation fee.
* Less than 24 hours: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file.
* No-call/no-show: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is considered a late cancellation.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled, with a 50% late-cancellation fee.

Illness & Emergencies

Your health and well-being are important to us. If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

We understand unexpected emergencies occur. Exceptions to cancellation fees may be made at Golden Glow’s discretion.

Guests & Children

To provide a peaceful, relaxing environment and ensure safety during treatments, we kindly request that clients attend appointments without additional guests or children unless arrangements have been approved in advance.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. Completed services are nonrefundable.

Because everyone’s skin is unique, individual treatment results may vary. If you have concerns following a service, please contact us so we can address them.

Our Commitment to You

Every appointment is time reserved especially for you. We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge these policies and authorize Golden Glow Beauty & Wellness to charge your card on file for applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees as disclosed at booking.

Thank you for choosing Golden Glow Beauty & Wellness. We look forward to helping you relax, renew, and glow! ✨
