You’re not going to get those abs and lose those inches unless you make those changes in the kitchen. Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating too much or too little? Are you getting enough sleep? Along with exercise those things make all the difference along with eating the right foods! I am on day 2 of a 10 day Shred.
