Mi Essential Oils and Organics

I started using essential oils about a year ago. I was suffering from serious headaches diagnosed as migraines and beginning to have some severe perimenopause symptoms. I went to physicians but since I am high risk for stroke the medication treatment is limited as most prescriptions/treatments increase risk for stroke. This is when I sought alternative treatment. I started doing some research and talking to others that use essential oil. Some of the sellers I talked to didn't seem to really know their products so I just did research on my own. I purchased some pre mixed blends and tried them. Eventually I started mixing my own blends because I found that not one blend had all the ingredients that I wanted or had some that I didn't want based on my research. Each oil may have multiple impacts and benefits some of which I want and some of which I did not want. Then I used what I learned to apply oils for other things like my face for aging and acne. I started sharing blends with family and friends and making new recipes for arthritis, anxiety, meditation, and a variety of other individual issues. Next thing I know people were coming back asking to buy more to share with their family or just more for themselves. So this all started as helping myself and family and I want to just share and help whoever I can. I am continually learning more and doing more research and training to expand my knowledge base. I find it absolutely amazing that God has created this earth with what we need in nature, the plants and trees, to heal us. Knowledge is key and I am forever on that journey.
