Natasha joined Che’mel fresh out of cosmetology school during one of the most challenging times our industry has ever faced — right in the midst of Covid. From day one, she showed up with resilience, integrity, and heart.

This five-year milestone is especially meaningful. In an industry where many stylists don’t make it past the early years for a variety of reasons, reaching five years behind the chair is truly beating the odds. Natasha’s consistency, commitment, and willingness to grow have set her apart.
We’ve always believed in hiring character over skill — knowing that skill can be taught, but character cannot — and Natasha has proven time and again that this philosophy works. She has grown into an exceptional stylist and an integral part of our team.
