I have recently changed my business name to Mysa (pronounced *mee-sah*) as the name means “cozy” in Swedish. If you have been to my very intimate studio, you understand how the name completely embodies your experience here. I created this special space with you in mind, providing a safe, private oasis that feels like a warm hug.

Change in seasons means change in our skincare routines 🍁✨💦

We are getting into the cooler months, not as much moisture in the air, which could lead to dryness of the skin, skin could feel a little more sensitive, even rosacea or eczema flare-ups.

In the treatment room, we have been boosting everyone’s hydration by simply adding in a hyaluronic acid serum or incorporating a more ceramide-rich moisturizer. My fave for my personal routine, MASKS! I always love adding in a hydrating mask, to give my skin that extra gulp of water during the week! *Masks are such a great tool that often times gets overlooked to add into our skincare routines, especially this time of year*
