The Hands on Cadaver course was amazing. The human anatomy is so fascia-nating! 😉
I’m still in awe and can’t wait to do another one.
I’ve gain more insight about where structures actually are and their location outside of the books. I was able to take a more in-depth look inside and also feel/hold the muscles, organs and nerves.

Overall this was an unforgettable and highly informative experience and beyond grateful ✨

April I flew down to Florida and I took a course that will forever change my brain chemistry.
MPS Intro: Foundation for Spine and Pain. The body continues to amaze me and each class I take grows my curiosity even more!
I’ve gain and learn more knowledge since taking the course, allowing me to easily integrate and incorporate into my work.

I had the privilege and opportunity to share a room filled with Health professionals in all fields and we were able to feed off of one another. Overall a great learning experience and worth the investment!

I also made it to the beach y’all, listen I didn’t pack any fun clothes 😂

Ya’ll know the motto: always keep investing and growing in your craft! ✨

Flew to the East Coast to gain some more knowledge. This time I took the Elite Sports Therapy 2 day course with James Waslaski. Love learning from people in this industry that teach from heart.

Another one in the bag and always grateful to be on this journey of continuing to learn and grow as a bodyworker and as an individual.

Took a trip up north to Bellingham, starting my work learning about how to treat Scar Tissue Release Training with MSTR. (Phase 1)

My instructor Lise was Amazing!!! She opened my mind up to new thought patterns and gave insight how beneficial this work is. I’m excited to dive deeper into this work. Thank you Lise for pouring into us today and not canceling 😅. Truly Appreciate you 🫶🏾

Thank you to Vera 🫶🏾 for allowing me to practice on you and provide feedback. It was a joy meeting you as well.

Overall, the toolbox continues to grow and thank you to the clients who sparked my curiosity with learning new things.

Closed out the month of January learning and working alongside some dope massage therapists at The Bodywork Playbook course working with athletes preparing for the NFL combine in Austin, Texas.

The instructors &
were so fun and knowledgeable to learn from. I learned so much from the both of them and their unique approaches to the body. Thank you both for sharing your experiences, your game and techniques. And reminding us it’s okay to Pivot when needed.

To my classmates, I truly enjoyed meeting each of you, so glad our paths crossed and looking forward to seeing y’all in the future.

The beautiful thing about this journey I’m on is the amazing people you meet.

Started out 2026 learning from the one and only James Walaski in his 5 day intensive training course in Peoria, AZ. The course was amazing, in depth and it was nice to share this experience with likeminded therapists.

Reminding us to continue to stay curious and to keep learning as much as we can!

Traveling and taking courses it’s always business but this time we carve out time to celebrate our birthdays! #33 & #36 and so glad we did 🥳
