I am thankful that I have wind beneath my wings from all my friends and family who are always there with well-wishes, humor and love.

My lovely part time pet, Chief, is a digger. I have many large and small land mines in my front yard where weeds and moss once made a home. I got a crazy idea to build him a sandbox to dig in! Structurally it is a mess, but it is functional. He now digs only in the sandbox. Oh, yeah, he has a playmate now. Not sure if it is a good thing or bad thing... time will tell.

I just talked with my author mentor. I have yet another revision to do and start building my landing page. Ugh! The technology needed to self-publish is a steep learning curve. I am stumped by my landing page....I do have groove funnels so I just have to study and implement... and someday I will have a book ready to publish.

On the days I have Chief, we go on long walks. Because he likes to sniff and lift I take my time and enjoy the beauty of what spring time is bringing.

I love being a part-time puppy grandma. This 2 year old lab has taught me so many valuable and often times, expensive lessons. Love him.

Have you ever thought about publishing a book? I have started and stopped a dozen times. I let the obstacles paralyze me. Then one day, I met Dennis Bauer an author and mentor for other authors. What an amazing journey it has been. I highly recommend that you connect with him, he will get you over the hurdles and self-sabotage. I am finally on my way to being a published author. (I am unable to give you a link to his page...I'm not FB savvy yet. Dennis Bauer Speaks is his page, though.) I am glad he is my mentor.
