Whew! What a summer! I’m sure you’ve all noticed I’ve been a little quiet over here in Pepper Pot Polish land; I made the conscious decision earlier in June to take a small step back and try to enjoy a bit of my summer, while also working my tuchus off at the bar. I’m shipping everything in my usual 24-72 hour period, and everything is going out in a timely fashion, but due to this holiday being unprecedented as far as online ordering/pandemic shopping, USPS is severely overloaded. Many MANY orders are either getting stuck at shipping hubs throughout the United States or just not being scanned in so it seems as if they’re in limbo. I ask that if you’ve ordered anything from me and it seems to be late/non existent, please give it time. I’ve noticed orders are being delivered even as tracking says it hasn’t even made it to your address yet. Or items are marked delivered but not *actually* delivered until a day or so later. Please believe I am keeping an eye on all of the packages to see where they are, and if something seems amiss, I will look into it.

It goes without saying but Imma say it anyway: if you’re ordering a gift anytime between now and Christmas, you will most likely not get it in time due to this USPS backup.
