I had to take some time to recover over the last couple weeks, lots of self care, meditation, yoga, nourishing my body, and listening to my intuition. I’m finally feeling myself again but with new eyes and a new perspective. Sometimes you need to cut back to rebuild, reevaluate, to come back stronger and more focused. ⁣⁣

Being a healer I am sensitive, I don’t see that as a weakness. I am conscious and aware when I need time to look inward, and focus on healing myself, so I can better serve you, my clients, and everyone around me.
