I do want to acknowledge that a history of trauma can impact your experience in exploring interoceptive awareness, and that there are varying levels of safety in speaking out based on ones' identity and perceived identity. That's where the right support from your community can do wonders.
Long overdue Rapture update! 2025 was the year I made the executive decision to focus on providing care rather than manage others, to honor my strengths as a bodyworker. I don't have the capacity to post regularly but Iove to connect with likeminded folks, especially in this chaotic time.
