So everyone’s going back to school and it’s time for us to have the conversations that are most important.

One being PUBERTY!

Not only is it necessary but it can truly make the transition smoother for your pr***en.

StoryTime: There was a girl in the 6th grade class who got her period and all the other girls stopped hanging with her because they were afraid to CATCH THE PERIOD. For most of the school year no none else admitted to having their period in fear of being alienated. By the end of the school year the principal sat the girls down and discussed what a period was and how it wasn’t something that could be caught but how the body naturally started to develop. It was an ah hah moment but nothing could make up for the 9 months she experienced being alone and feeling like something was wrong with her.

So have the conversations now because truth is we are all going through enough children and adults alike, so let’s make it a little easier for everyone.
