First, I want to say thank you. For over 20 years you have trusted me with your crown, your confidence, and your conversations. I truly appreciate each and every one of you for believing in me and supporting my journey in this beautiful industry. I look forward to the new adventures ahead together.

Please review the important updates below that will take effect April 1st:

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Due to continued product and supply inflation, there will be a slight price increase on services beginning April 1st. This allows me to continue providing high-quality products, tools, and the elevated experience you deserve.

CANCELLATIONS
• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice incur no charge.
• Late Cancellations: For cancellations made under 48 hours, a cancellation fee will apply.
• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will also be charged a fee.

RESCHEDULING
• Limit: We understand life happens! However, to maintain a fair schedule, a maximum of 3 consecutive reschedules is allowed.
• Deposit Requirement: After 3 reschedules without an attended appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

This policy helps protect my time and ensures that all clients have a fair opportunity to book an appointment. Thank you for understanding!

BRAIDING HAIR LENGTH GUIDE
• 42-inch braiding hair = Top of bra strap
• 52-inch braiding hair = Past bra strap / Mid-back

If you are adding Boho/Goddess braids, please contact me before purchasing hair so we can make sure we are aligned on the best hair choice for your desired look. Also, keep in mind that Boho/Goddess styles — depending on fullness — may extend your appointment time.

If you would like me to purchase your hair, please notify me at least two weeks before your appointment.

EXTENDED HOURS
• Starting Daylight Savings Time, appointments will begin at 8:00 AM
• Select Mondays will now be available throughout the month
• If you need an evening appointment, please text me directly

Please note: The booking site will not show availability for 4-hour services after 4 PM. If it appears unavailable, simply text me and I will check what can be accommodated.
