Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. A Reiki service delivers energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing and improve overall health.
It can:

Along with Reiki I will also use cups to improve chakra flow and release muscle tension, gua sha to help with inflammation and promote energy movement throughout the body. Gentle rocking/tapping to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Sounds from tingshas/chimes to calm the mind/body. And gentle stretching/massage to continue to improve flow of energy throughout the body and promote overall health/wellbeing/relaxation.
During your 75min session I will use a combination devised specially for your needs.
