I can honestly say I’ve never had anyone try to STEAL from me. But it happened this week. This person came to me after multiple sessions of permanent makeup with other people and 5+ sessions of removal. We had blue, pink, and yellow residue, scar tissue, and migrated pigment. As you can see, completely uneven and difficult brows to start. We did a consultation and a month later, the service. Thorough explanation of how the brows have already been placed where they are and we have to work around them and will try for the best symmetry and outcome as possible was explained. Client was completely involved in her service from shaping, to color selection, and approval at the end as those who’ve had services already know. My guest had nothing but praise and left a large tip as a compliment. Today I received a dispute on the charge. Client claims brows are uneven and another removal for the sixth or seventh time at this point. No contact to me to express any dissatisfaction, which would have been alleviated with a conversation, knowing that anything can be addressed in a follow up. But that wasn’t done. It was simply an attempt to steal from me. Those of you who know me know I do everything I can to make you feel your best. I work very hard and take my time and involve you in every step of the process. But make no mistake, I do not tolerate scammers or thieves.
