The end of an era…I’ve been massaging for 8 years now and have loved every minute of it. My patients have become more like family- watching me get married and seeing my family grow. However, it feels time for so many reasons to retire from massaging and start something new. I will miss every single person who has supported me over the years. My family is forever grateful. Only 3 more work days until I start my maternity leave and welcome our baby boy into this world. Thank you to ALL of my supportive patients who have been so kind and compassionate during this journey. I’ll keep everyone updated on his arrival and when I know more of my return 🤗❤️ I’ll miss you all!

Yesterday we lost a good boy, Bear. Bear was Dr Krause’s therapy dog who was such a tender soul and comforted a lot of patients during their treatments. He lived for just over 12 years and has traveled to more places than most humans. We love you and will miss you buddy ❤️ 🐶 @ Q Vitality Studio

Hey everyone! I miss you all and can’t wait for “The Great Pause” to be over. If you can invest in something like a lacrosse ball to hit some trigger points your body will thank you. The reason I like a lacrosse ball is because it’s solid rubber and will resist the pressure you put into it. Unlike a tennis ball which has some give to it 🎾 A few good points to focus on would be in your upper back (levator scapulae, rhomboids, traps), glutes 🍑, and pecs.
