I've been in this industry for over a decade, starting out as a receptionist at a Supercuts in 2005. I attended beauty school at Gene Juarez Academy in Federal Way, WA. I graduated in late '07 and finally got behind the chair in June 2008 at Tight Cuts in Lakewood. Who knew I'd spend 7 years there building my clientele, and I loved it until the end when I knew it was time to spread my wings. So in May of 2015 I ventured out with my work partner, Whitney, and we started Headquarters together. It was a fun 2 years and couldn't have asked for a better partner. In June of 2016, my longtime boyfriend and I started a family together, and now I am in my own studio in Sola Salons. So, welcome to Sarah Sterling Hair Studio! I like to think I am fun, adventurous, and love my clients! Without them I'd be nothing. I specialize in men's haircuts and detail work, also women's haircuts and colors. Foils, balayage, ombrés, and fashion colors, call me to set up a free consultation! I also offer styling, special occasion hair, and facial waxing. I am currently still working part-time, Tuesday afternoons and Thursdays- Saturdays. Since I will be in my own studio I may be able to work extra occasionally, please ask if you have a specific day or time. By appointment only. Referrals are always welcome!
