Meet Rachel Swire, Visionary 2026. The founder of Salon Cabelo in Atlanta has called Sola home longer than most, and she’ll be the first to tell you that the lessons didn’t come easy. They came through economic uncertainty, business fumbles, and the kind of resilience that only time can teach.

But Rachel isn’t just building for herself. As a board member of SkillsUSA’s Georgia chapter, she shows up for the next generation of beauty professionals — helping cosmetology students understand what it actually takes to build a career, not just complete a program.

Her vision as a Sola Visionary is just as purposeful: to connect Sola pros with students across the country and close the gap between graduating from school and becoming a confident, thriving professional.

Meet Rashleigh Béaton, Visionary 2026. The founder of VYBZ Essential Studio is only three years into his barbering career, but his Sola story started even earlier, as a barber student attending Sola’s Canvas Me retreat in 2023. In 2024, he returned to Sola Sessions as part of John Mosley’s team, teaching educational classes alongside the very pros he looked up to.

His suite at Sola is more than a workspace. It’s a space to show up as his full self, and to build the same sense of community he found at Sola into his own business, whether that’s through back-to-school drives, community discounts, or just showing up with integrity every day.

Meet Pich Seng, Visionary 2026. In just four years behind the chair, Pich has built Beautybypich LLC from the ground up, self-funded, intentional, and rooted in purpose from day one.

As a first-generation immigrant who began her career after losing her mom, Pich’s suite in NW Houston is more than a salon. It’s a space built on resilience, care, and the belief that independence is a form of leadership.

She creates seasonal pop-ups, collaborates with local businesses, and makes every client feel like they belong there. And if you’ve ever been in her chair, you know the conversation is just as good as the hair.

She’s only getting started, with a long-term vision to grow into a multi-chair salon that mentors the next generation of stylists.
