As my business continues to grow, I've made the decision to strictly enforce my cancellation policy that helps protect my time & income while allowing me to continue providing the best service possible.

✨ Cancellation Policy ✨
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service.

•No call/ No Show will be automatically charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• All appointments will require an ACTIVE credit card on file. If the card on file declines when the cancellation fee is processed, a payment equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be required before a new appointment can be booked.

PLEASE BE ADVISED
Once you have signed agreeing to the booking policy stating you would pay a fee for late cancellations/no shows, that policy acts as a binding financial agreement.

I completely understand that life can bring unexpected circumstances, & I sympathize when things don't go as planned.
However, last minute cancellations leave appointment times that are difficult to fill and directly impact my income.
In order to respect my business & the years of hard work I've put into building it, i need to be consistent with this policy.

This decision is firm, & I will not be making exceptions.

Lash shedding is a normal and essential process for new growth! After two weeks, you can expect to naturally shed 30-40 lashes per eye, which is approximately 1/3 of the set.
By week three, 2/3 of the set will have shed. Rest assured, I am here for youuuuu!
