Our Early Fall Market is coming up, and we’re really excited about this one. ❤️

On Sunday, September 27th from 12–4 PM, we’re opening up the farm for an afternoon of local goods, handmade things, animals, music, and just generally having a good time together.

This isn't your typical big, crowded market. We're keeping it small, relaxed, and a little bit quirky — just the way we like it. 😉

🌱 Fresh microgreens from GreenWizard Gardens
🧼 Goat milk soaps + natural self-care gifts
🐝 Beeswax bread bags + wraps
🎨 Handmade goods from local makers

And there will be FREE hands-on activities for kids (and grown-ups who can't resist):

🐔 Chicken scavenger hunt
🪵 Make your own birdhouse
🌱 Seed exchange
🌿 Lawn games

🎶 Plus LIVE MUSIC while you wander around, shop, visit the animals, and enjoy the afternoon.

And yes — we have an AIR-CONDITIONED MARKET because we live in Tallahassee and apparently September didn't get the memo that it's supposed to be fall. 😂

🌿 **What an incredible Grand Opening!** 🌿

We had such a wonderful time welcoming our community and sharing a glimpse of what the **Homestead Collective** is all about. The day was filled with hands-on activities, creative displays, and showcases featuring the talented makers, creators, artists, bakers, business owners, and members who make our Collective so special. 💜✨

One of the biggest hits was our **seed bomb-making station**! 🌱💣 It was thoughtfully set up by one of our busy and active local business owners, and guests of all ages had the opportunity to get creative, learn something new, and make seed bombs to take home and grow.

This activity was only a small preview of what we plan to offer in the future!

Our goal is to bring the community together through:

🌿 Hands-on workshops
🎨 Creative classes and class series
🌱 Gardening and homesteading activities
🧁 Demonstrations from local makers and bakers
💡 Small-business and skill-sharing consultations
🛍️ Interactive experiences at future markets and events
🤝 Opportunities to learn directly from talented members of our community

We are building a place where local business owners, artists, makers, bakers, growers, creators, and community movers and shakers can connect, share their talents, learn from one another, and grow together.
