My dream of opening a salon was to not only give you a space for you to be you and the best version of you, but it was to provide a space that can give back.
Deco Salon wouldn’t be where we are without a community and the people who believe in us.
If any of you know me, you know the passion I have for animal rescue. So this salon was just another reason for me to incorporate that into our every day lives. We work hard so these animals can have a good life😉

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to team up with Laura with PRP wine international to host a wine tasting fundraiser to support the babies I’m currently caring for.
Unfortunately, ALL four of my kitties are battling FIP. Some people may know what that is, some may not. But it’s scary. And it’s tremendously expensive. Not to mention, the meds are not local. Each cat costs anywhere between $900-$1500 in order to save their lives. And I have four of them. But without these meds, they don’t survive. It’s a 12 week, daily treatment and these cats and kittens, with our help, fight hard to get back and even better.

So, When I tell you that you people showed up, YOU GUYS SHOWED UP. Even to the ones who couldn’t be there, the support you have given me, the kitties & the organization(It's Meow Or Never for Ferals, Inc.), is CRAZY. I am BEYOND GRATEFUL to have the people that I do in my life.

To sit back that day and see and watch the way you give back and the belief that you have in me with the salon, the kitty rescue, all of it, is truly amazing. I love you guys from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for being a part of what has been created here. ❤️

This year has been one for the books. Truly.
I am beyond exhausted and barely holding up in this picture, but my heart is bursting with love and happiness after celebrating the 1 year anniversary of DECO Salon.
The turnout of our event was insane. I honestly couldn’t believe the support and love we had with the clients and friends we all saw that day.
When I envisioned this salon, i dreamt of a home away from home. A place where ourselves, as well as our clients, could come and disconnect from the hectic world around us. I wanted a safe space full of love, comfort and happiness.
So the fact that so many people wanted to celebrate this with us, was purely overwhelming and amazing.
I wish I could relive the conversations, laughs, food & drinks with all of you guys, over & over. It was perfect.
Thank you for reminding me that this whole life is a dream come true. That this business is home for all of us.
I remind ALL of you and thank each one of you, that without the words of encouragement, the opportunities in my salon chair, and even the support on social media, is what drove this little girl that once had a dream, about doing something that mattered, come true. A dream that you guys made happen alongside me.
