Hi everyone 🫶🏼

I know I’ve been super MIA on here, and I just wanted to check in and explain why 🤍 Life has been a little crazy lately… in the BEST way. Between pregnancy, school, and everything else going on behind the scenes, I’ve had to slow down a lot more than I’m used to. Growing a tiny human is no joke, and sitting for long periods has definitely taken a toll on my back 😅

I miss doing nails and seeing all of you SO much. Seriously, it’s been one of the hardest parts of stepping back 🥺💅🏼

The sets I’m posting here are a few that I’ve done over the past couple months, mostly on family while I’ve been taking it easy 🤍

That being said… this summer I’ll have a little more free time since I’m not in classes, and I do want to get back into it, but in a way that works for my body right now. I’ll be taking about 3–4 clients a week, focusing on simpler nail art. Some sets can definitely still be discussed, just nothing super long or detailed for now 🤍

I’ll also be offering a flat rate (details coming soon!) that will be available to my current clients only. This is just my way of giving back to you guys for always supporting me, while also helping me out a bit financially during this time 🫶🏼

I do want to mention that I’ll be moving sometime before August and will be restarting my business in Panama City Beach, so my schedule might be a little all over the place. I’ll make a separate post when bookings officially open, and I’ll also be reaching out to the clients I’m able to take this summer 💌

Thank you guys for being patient with me and sticking around. I truly appreciate it more than you know. I can’t wait to catch up with you all soon !! 💅🏼

Not every set is about art- sometimes it’s about education and protecting the natural nail.

This client came in with a nail that’s showing signs of onycholysis (when the natural nail begins to lift from the nail bed). It can happen from trauma, picking, moisture getting trapped, or allergies (in this case specifically, her natural nail got ripped out a few months ago, this is it growing back and reattaching) and it’s super important to treat it gently while it heals.

I sent her home with a little aftercare kit with a press on + instructions so she can keep the nail clean, dry, and protected. When a nail is struggling, my goal is always to maintain the integrity of the natural nail first. This way she can still have her nails done- without the extra grip that my gel would have on her nail since it’s still sensitive! 🌿

If you ever notice lifting, discoloration, or sensitivity under your enhancements, let your tech know! Early care makes all the difference! Sometimes it’s inconvenient if one nail gets skipped - and I won’t do a press on for every case of onycholysis, but your nail health is most important to me! 💕
