Are you passionate about the beauty industry and looking for an opportunity to gain more experience? Changes Hair Studios is on the lookout for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our vibrant team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
🟡 Welcoming clients and helping to make them feel at home in the salon
🟡 Scheduling and confirming appointments using our booking system
🟡 Helping clients with inquiries via answering phone calls, texts, emails, & dms
🟡 Keeping our reception area tidy and inviting
🟡 Supporting our stylists with various administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
🟡 Someone with excellent communication and people skills
🟡 A knack for staying organized and paying attention to detail
🟡 Previous customer service experience is a big plus, but not a must
🟡 Ability to multi-task in a creative, fast-paced environment
🟡 Basic computer skills (especially with Mac/Apple products) to navigate our booking system
🟡 Availability Monday - Friday from 9am - 1:30pm
