I always knew I was supposed to take care of people. I just didnโt know what that would look like yet.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Services. I became an EMT. Helping people was always the common thread.
Eventually, that path led me here.
Now I get to care for people in a completely different way. Through touch, through rest, through creating a space where someone can finally exhale and let somebody else take care of them for a little while.
Looking back, it makes perfect sense. This was always the work. I just had to find my way to it.
And I feel so lucky to have built a job I genuinely loveโone that lets me do exactly what I always knew I was meant to do. ๐ค

Red light therapy is one of my favorite ways to support the skin without overwhelming it โ especially when your skin needs repair, calm, and a little extra glow. Results build with consistency. ๐ค
